1. Minimum Delivery
We reserve the right not to deliver an order under the value of £100.

2. Last Orders
Orders must be received before 5pm on the day before delivery.

3. Returns
Our drivers are not authorised to accept goods for return without authorisation of the office, please call office to inform them of any returns.

 4. Discrepancies
The number of items delivered must be checked in the presence of the driver. Claims for discrepancies should be made at the time of delivery, please inform the office immediately.

5. Risk and Ownership
All risks in goods pass to the purchaser on delivery. Ownership of goods delivered to customers shall remain with us until payment of the invoiced cost has been received in full.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are Cash On Delivery only. £35 Administration charge is payable on an unpaid cheque.

7. Terms and Conditions

Limited quantities may apply on certain items. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. C&M Fast Foods Ltd reserve the right to change prices at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed.

By accepting the delivery the customer agrees on our trading terms. Trading terms can be obtained on request
